Who We Are

Decker Davis Fitness is a fitness company headquartered in San Diego, California. They specialize in one on one online personal training, and self-guided virtual programs. It was founded in 2022 by Decker Davis.

Whether its training someone to get to the next level in their sport, helping a client strengthen their body after recovering from injury, or guiding a beginner through their new fitness journey, we can help. We have worked with professional athletes at the highest level, young kids who are just beginning, and anyone in between. As long as you are committed to work hard and seek transformation, We can help you.

Custom Programming

1:1 online personal training

Our 1:1 training includes science based custom programming for whatever your goals are, including: accountability, rep, set, load tracking, etc. This is all done via an app where you can download and view your daily/weekly program. You will have access to videos from our coach for reference of each exercise.

Self Guided Online Programs

Whether it’s a 6 week body weight program or an 8 week functional strength program, you can purchase these science based programs and have access to them as long as you need.  You will have access to videos of me for reference of each exercise.
